Refund and Return Policy

KB Designs does not offer refunds on any item. Exchanges or store credit are permitted within 20 days from the date of the receipt.

Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. All our merchandise is new. If the item is damaged, worn, or been altered, scratched, bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted. All returns must be in their original packaging and insured for the amount of purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS and SPECIAL ORDERS items are not returnable.

ENGRAVED ITEMS cannot be returned because they have been personalized for you.

PLATIUM ITEMS are not returnable. Be sure of the style number and size is correct before you place your order.

EARRINGS are not returnable.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not returnable. Please make sure the ring size is correct. No exceptions.

Exchanges

Items must be received within 20 days following receipt in order to receive an exchange.

Please note for exchanges, if we do not have the item in stock we will make it for you. This process can take up to 5 weeks.

We are happy to issue one size exchange per order, per ring and we only ask for you to cover the shipping costs. Subsequent size exchanges will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Once rings are exchanged for a new size they are non-returnable.

Most of our wedding bands can not be resized because the design may be altered. We are happy to issue a size exchange at a cost of $90 per ring plus shipping and handling. You will receive a brand new ring in the correct size needed.

We will issue only one size exchange per ring order. We recommend that you have your finger professionally measured as to avoid any unnecessary exchanges.

If the error is our fault, by sending you a size that you did not order, we will replace at no cost to you. Keep in mind sizes may vary within 1/4 size, depending on the design. In order for us to remake the ring at no charge to you, due to an error on our part the size needs to be at least 1/2 size difference.

Shipping, Handling & Insurance

We ship primarily via USPS or FEDEX. Because we ship by FEDEX we do require a physical address for shipping. FEDEX can not deliver to PO Box addresses. In the event you require shipment to a PO Box we will ship via USPS first class mail insured.

The product ordered by you, may or may not be in stock in your size. If the product is in stock it should be shipped within 5 days. If it is not in stock it could take 3-5 weeks. Please contact us if you need faster service.

If your product is not in stock, we will contact you by email to let you know the approximate shipping date.

If you require your item by a specific date you can email us or call us at 800-443-5865 before placing you order to check the availability of the stock.

A merchandise refund will be issued within 3 days of receipt of acceptable returned merchandise, less the original shipping costs (if the FREE shipping option was selected for the original shipment, there will be a $7.50 charge to cover the original shipping costs) and any applicable refinishing fees.

We can not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please insure and package carefully.
